Located at 1127 Auraria Parkway, this turn of the century post-and-beam, brick building (originally known as the "Colorado Moline Plow Company" in 1907) offers the beauty and ambiance we have come to expect in Denver's Lo Do District. The warehouse to loft/office conversions give careful design attention to maintain the 100-year-old architecture while offering today's state of the art technology.

Unique integration of old and new is artistically displayed throughout the complex including the re-introduction of a 9 foot, fully hand-painted stained glass masterpiece. This century-year-old artifact was recovered from the building during the renovation process. Believed to have been in the original design, it stands sentinel at the front entrance foyer.

The design utilizes the warmth and elegance of premium hardwood oak flooring, custom-milled African mahogany wood trims, individually handmade, 7ft high solid framed mahogany office doors with 4 designer "glue chip" windows crafted into the doors. Large interior windows framed and trimmed in the mahogany. A special effort went into the selection of accent and office lighting. One-of-a-kind, hand blown light pendants colorfully decorate the 12 ft high ceiling and simply contributes the the elegance throughout the the floor. Office lighting combined indirect and direct fluorescents fixtures illuminate with gentle bright lighting reducing shadows.
